Return & Refund Policy

 

Overview
All sales are final. Due to the nature of resale and thrifted items, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless an item was misrepresented in the product description.


Item Condition
Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and described to reflect its true condition. As most items are pre-owned or vintage, normal signs of wear should be expected. Please review all photos and descriptions before purchasing.


Misrepresentation or Error
If an item arrives significantly different from its description (for example, incorrect size, undisclosed damage, or wrong item shipped), a return or refund may be approved. To request a return for misrepresentation:

  1. Contact customer support within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
  3. Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days in the same condition it was received.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “As-Is”
  • Accessories, jewelry, and undergarments
  • Items damaged after delivery


Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Shipping Issues
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact customer support. Assistance will be provided in filing a claim with the carrier.
