Swap Your Look Resale began with a simple idea: to give beautiful things a second chance. What started as a small passion project in a cozy living room has grown into a thriving home décor and clothing resale shop that celebrates creativity, sustainability, and community.
The journey began with a love for style and design—and a frustration with waste. Too often, perfectly good clothing and décor items were being discarded simply because they no longer fit someone’s current look or space. The founders saw an opportunity to create a place where people could refresh their homes and wardrobes without breaking the bank or harming the planet.
At its heart, Swap Your Look Resale is about transformation—transforming spaces, styles, and even perspectives. Every item in the shop has been thoughtfully selected for quality and character, offering customers the chance to create something new from something once loved. Due to the nature of resale and thrifted items, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless an item was misrepresented in the product description.
Item Condition
Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and described to reflect its true condition. As most items are pre-owned or vintage, normal signs of wear should be expected. Please review all photos and descriptions before purchasing.
Misrepresentation or Error
If an item arrives significantly different from its description (for example, incorrect size, undisclosed damage, or wrong item shipped), a return or refund may be approved. To request a return for misrepresentation:
- Contact customer support within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
- Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days in the same condition it was received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “As-Is”
- Accessories, jewelry, and undergarments
- Items damaged after delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Issues
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact customer support. Assistance will be provided in filing a claim with the carrier.
